Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data Sensium Technologies collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have over it under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Who we are
Sensium Technologies ("we", "us") is a software development company based in India. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act"), we are the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website.
You can reach us at info@sensiumtechnologies.com.
2. What personal data we collect
We only collect data you choose to give us. We do not buy data, and we do not run advertising trackers.
| What | When | Why we need it |
|---|---|---|
| Name | Project intake form | To address you properly in our reply |
| Email address | Project intake form | To respond to your enquiry |
| Mobile number (optional) | Project intake form | To call you if email is slower |
| Project details — type, platforms, stage, expected users, timeline, budget range, and your written brief | Project intake form | To understand your requirement and prepare a realistic response |
| Page URL and browser user-agent string | Automatically on submission | Diagnosing form problems and detecting automated abuse |
If you email us directly, we hold whatever you choose to put in that email.
3. Why we use it
We use the data above solely to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal or quotation if you ask for one, and to keep a record of our business correspondence. We do not use it for marketing lists, we do not send newsletters, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
We do not use your enquiry data to train AI models. We use AI tooling in our engineering work under enterprise terms that exclude client data from model training, and enquiry data submitted through this site is never fed into any AI service.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months of your last contact with us. If we go on to work together, we keep the correspondence for the duration of the engagement and for a further period as required for tax, accounting and legal record-keeping. You can ask us to erase your data sooner — see section 7.
5. Who we share it with
We keep enquiries in Google Cloud Firestore, part of Google Firebase, which acts as our data processor. Google processes the data on our instructions under its own terms, and the data may be stored on Google infrastructure in the region we have configured.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, Google receives your IP address as part of that request. If you prefer to avoid this, most browsers allow you to block external font loading.
Beyond these, we share your data with no one, except where we are required to do so by law or by a competent authority.
6. How we protect it
Enquiry data is transmitted over TLS and stored with access rules that permit submissions to be created but not read, edited or deleted from any browser. Access to the stored data is limited to authorised personnel through multi-factor-protected accounts. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply safeguards proportionate to the sensitivity of the data we hold.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- Access — ask what personal data of yours we hold and how we have used it.
- Correction and completion — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or updated.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data, unless we are required by law to keep it.
- Withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time, as easily as it was given. This does not affect processing already carried out.
- Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us and receive a response.
- Nominate — nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.
To exercise any of these, email info@sensiumtechnologies.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
8. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising pixels on it. Your browser may cache fonts and page assets in the normal way, which is a browser function rather than tracking by us. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy before doing so.
9. Children
This website is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
11. Contact and grievances
For any question about this policy, any request regarding your data, or any complaint about how we have handled it, contact:
Grievance contact — Sensium Technologies

We aim to acknowledge every request within 7 days and resolve it within 30 days.
